Questions

What counts as one project?

One project check covers unlimited re-runs on the same submission. If the scope changes enough to need a new permit application, that is a new project.

Is the report legal or engineering advice?

No. PermitSense is a pre-submission review that points out likely compliance gaps. The registered professional of record stays responsible for the permit package.

Which files can I upload?

PDF and DOCX. For drawings, export to PDF with selectable text so dimensions and notes can be read.

Which municipalities are covered?

Zoning by-laws for Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Ottawa, Pickering, Ajax and Oshawa, plus the Ontario Building Code.

How long does a check take?

The report is ready in minutes. That is the review of your package, not the municipal approval.
